PREDICTING EARTHQUAKES: DAM DYNAMICS (CONTINUED)

CONTINUED FROM DAM DYNAMICS AND CLIMATE CHANGE

Dams are slaves of gravity
But trees act as giant pumps
And are masters of gravity
Osmosis and transpiration
Enable trees to distribute pure water
Equitably in proportion
To the density of vegetation
They defy gravity
Reforest heavily
Then dams become redundant
Dismantle them for harmony and health
Give some space for nature
And see the difference full of rapture
Dams cause nukes to explode!
More Fukushames certain then.

In the meanwhile there was a mine blast, the worst in China:

The great damquake off Kamchatka and the related areas where the earth also shook occurred because of the dynamic disequilibrium of the continuous surge waves of the cumulative forces and water moments applied through the centre of gravity of the water contents behind the world's dams at location 27,127 approximately. The surge waves occur all round the centre of gravity of the waters behind the dams of the world and thus were felt all round the world as the responses after the great earthquake clearly show and as the world earthquake map also shows and confirms the fact. The earthquakes constantly occur all round the dam centre of gravity. See the Figure below for the responses after the great Sea of Okhotsk damquake:

This is the second deep focus damquake after the Honshu strong damquake. This together with the hotspot data portend a strong, major or great damquake as predicted in the Update time = Tue Apr 2 4:00:06 UTC 2013 below:
Update time = Tue Apr 2 4:00:06 UTC 2013
A strong shallow damquake occurred on 1 April 2013 after the 7th deep focus damquake, followed by the first deep focus damquake thereafter:

These deep focus damquakes in the Fiji Region portend a strong, major or great damquake after a couple of days in the Pacific Rim Region including the Banda Aceh Region or in the Himalayas or in the Turkey Region or in the -5 to 5 degrees longitude region. The hotspots seem to portend a damquake of such a magnitude in the same region as the 9.3 MM great damquake in the Andaman Sumatra Bay(Banda Aceh Region) which occurred on 26 December 2004.
And then there is the collateral to the dam surges resulting in these severe hotspots, the damquakes in China and the Tibet landslide all around the time period:
Tibet landslide early Friday, Lhasa time, UTC+8hrs,  29 March, location: 29.8341,91.7309;
China quakes:
5.6  2013/03/29 05:01:12   43.460   86.836 35.9  NORTHERN XINJIANG, CHINA
4.1  2013/03/29 12:53:02   37.319   97.026 13.8  NORTHERN QINGHAI, CHINA
And the associated Gautemala damquake :
 4.2  2013/03/28 23:41:02   14.101   -92.084 74.1  OFFSHORE GUATEMALA
Note that when an earthquake or a related event occurs at longitude x, expect an earthquake or a related event at longitude -x. Thus the longitude of the Tibet landslide is 91.7309 while the longitude of the Gautemala quake is -92.084.  Also note that the hotspots in this longitude band are intense(See NASA FIRMS Web Fire Mapper for the period 26 March to 1 April 2013).

But of interest is the contrast to the Santa Cruz/Solomon Isles that not a single quake has followed the Columbia major quake even 4 hours into the occurrence of the major quake(USGS)! Are we expect another major or great quake after this? At the locations mentioned below? Note that this is an intermediate focus earthquake, not a shallow one.
Note however that an intermediate focus quake has been reported by EMSC at Antofagasta Chile:

(EMSC)
 6.0  2013/01/28 16:38:54   42.598   79.699 15.0  EASTERN KAZAKHSTAN(USGS)
That done another deep focus earthquake has promptly occurred:
4.8  2013/01/28 21:24:36  -22.228  -179.547 585.2  SOUTH OF THE FIJI ISLANDS
Surely a predictor perfect of another strong or major or great earthquake soon.

The Tonga quake has been downgraded to 5.7 just now(11:27 UTC).
So we will wait till the law has another favourable instance to its credit.

DEEP FOCUS EARTHQUAKE- A SIGNAL FOR A STRONG OR MAJOR OR GREAT EARTHQUAKE HOURS LATER

http://predictingwwquakes.blogspot.in/

What is common with the antecedent conditions of a phenomenon is the cause or one of the causes of the phenomenon according to science.  Since the deep focus earthquake is the immediate common feature, this is the cause or a cause of the strong, major or great quake following a deep focus earthquake. Behind the deep focus quake are the dams of the world whose  water moment arm finds a strong fulcrum in a deep focus. The belief in a law is strengthened by the number of favourable instances and every strong, major or great quake is always  preceded by a deep focus earthquake as the above link shows.

5:07AM EST December 5. 2012 - NEW BATAAN, Philippines (AP) — Mud-stained bodies covered with banana leaves were laid out in a row and survivors dried their soiled belongings on the roadside under a bright sun Wednesday, a day after a typhoon killed more than 270 people in the southern Philippines.
Officials feared many more bodies could be found as rescuers reach hard-hit areas that had been isolated by landslides, floods and downed communications.
At least 151 people have died in the worst-hit province of Compostela Valley since Typhoon Bopha began lashing the region early Tuesday, including 66 villagers and soldiers who perished in a flash flood that swamped two emergency shelters and a military camp in New Bataan town, provincial spokeswoman Fe Maestre told the Associated Press.

The data for seismologists of emsc suggests that the fire was due to the surges of the dams of the world. See Table below. As the surge waves created by the dams were passing through the crust of the earth in the form of water moment waves through the Love and Rayleigh waves, from earthquake at longitude 39.86 E(Eastern Turkey at 00:35) to earthquake at Hokkaido Region Japan at 145.95 E at 01:07:53.3 it passed through the crust at location New Delhi  28.6353,77.2250  at 00.50 hrs(620 IST) to cause the ongoing fire which broke out in the third floor and spread to the fifth. Google search for Collaterals of Climate Change for insight into the plausibility of the analysis which is based on the application of the precautionary principle.

Re: Wellington, November 15, 2012 28 pilot whales die on New Zealand beach
DPA
Whale deaths here are a portend of a major earthquake in the area. They probably become sick due to 1)Extreme pollution including radioactive wastes,2) due to heat generated at the sea floor due to the enormous surges of forces and bending moments caused by dams. See The Unacceptable Dangers of Nuclear Energy :Fish Catch and Radioactivity by Google search, especially the video there showing how wastes are dumped into the sea from on board ships and there is no legal authority to stop them.

It is significant that the hotspot cluster in North India has vanished and has not appeared at the peak time for load demand, 1200 hrs UTC. This may mean a damage causing quake in that location: longitude band 65 to 85. Or in one of these longitude bands: -65, -85, 155,-155, 175, -175, 25,-25, 115,-115,5 or -5. Also 75, -75, 15, -15, 105, -105, 165, -165. The Fukushima area, 141 and also -141 are candidates.

As we have seen with the 7.4 MM Gautemala major quake, the 6.8 MM Myanmar quake , a deep focus earthquake at Fiji is a portent of a strong or a major quake. Be alert. The possible locations are given in the update 2012-11-11 13:27:23 UTC below. Also the Japan Region, the longitude band  -138 , the longitude bands 42, -42, 48, -48 and 132, -132 are under threat.

A 6.8 MM magnitude quake occurred in Myanmar as I predicted(see update for 9 Nov 2012):
6.8  2012/11/11 01:12:38   23.014   95.883 9.8  MYANMAR
Note that this longitude 95.883 is within 91.32% of 105!
Watchout for another such earthquake at 95.883 or related longitude -95.883 or 5.883 or -5.883 or 84 or -84 or 174 or -174 in the coming hours, days. Be alert. The dynamic disequilibrium phenomenon of the world's dams is unleashing Love and Rayleigh waves through the crust of the earth: probably another Fukushima in the making. Grasp the significance quickly and shut down all nukes.  See that the average picture as predicted for the November peak magnitude quake is still very much valid, even after the 7.4 MM major tremblor off Gautemala on 7 November 2012, also predicted by me.

The number of hotspots in North India has increased from 161 on 8th November 2012 to 1200 on 9th November 2012 at 1420 h utc.  Thus around longitude band 75 or related bands, -75, 15, -15, 105, -105, 165 0r -165 we may expect an earthquake of damage causing magnitude. The total number of hotspots in the world at this time has remained low- 6199. Thus about 21% of the hotspots are concentrated in North India which experienced an earthquake which generates heat(4.3 MM) today already:

As expected by me(See below),  a magnitude 7.4 earthquake struck Guatemala on Wednesday 7th November 2012, killing at least 48 people, injuring about 150 and leaving 23 unaccounted for, government officials said. They warned that the official toll was preliminary and could rise( adapted fromNY Times).I expected one at longitude -105 and it occurred at -91.916, 87.54% of the expected longitude.  Note that a major 7.6 MM earthquake had occurred at Costa Rica on 5 Sep 2012 at -85.347 deg longitude(92.85% of the longitude of the Gautemalan quake's longitude)
7.4  2012/11/07 16:35:50   14.083   -91.916 41.6  OFFSHORE GUATEMALA

 2012,11,06,033618.96,-21.447,-178.786,4.9,475,PDE-Q

The world's dams influenced the triggering of this earthquake. This can be seen from the way the hotspots had increased):
5 NOV 12   World  10682(past 24 h from 101155 utc)   North India 946(0 to 24 h utc)
6 NOV 12   World  12721(past 24 h from 100647 utc)   North India 308(0-24 h utc)
7 NOV 12   World  13500(past 24 h from 095359 utc)   North India 3566(0-24 h utc)
8 NOV 12   World  22694(past 24 h from 100910 utc)   North India  116 (0 to 957 utc)
Note that the major quake at Gautemala occurred at 163550 utc on 7 Nov 2012 in the 24 h period between 7th and 8th Nov 2012( when the 24 h hotspots for the world was approximately 22694 while that for North India was 3566). The North India 24 h hotspots, 304 for the 6th November is more than an order of magnitude less than for 7th November hotspots number which stood at 3566.

Updated 2012-11-03 11:51:11 UTC

There are signs that a major earthquake may again occur in the neighbourhood of the centre of gravity of the world's dams at 27, 127. Thus as it happened during this monsoon Philippines may expect a major quake in the dry season  as well. The estimated locations  consequent to the shoot up of hotspots in North India are, however, still valid.

DAMS, CYCLONES AND EARTHQUAKES INTERCONNECTED VIA MOTHER EARTH!
Dams cause climate change by directly heating up the earth. That was the meaning of my Oct 1 2012 prediction(Update for Oct 1 2012 below). Heed, or else more nuclear effects follow by the phenomenon of dynamic disequilibrium chaos triggered by dams striving to meet the electricity demand and other demands for water.

So many fires along the trace of the NILAM-12 cyclone?
Something absolutely omnicidal developing.
Stop nukes by applying the precautionary principle.
Nilam-12 is expected to make landfall at Mamallapuram located at Latitude = 12.6269, Longitude = 80.1927
Kalpakkam is at  12.5575,80.175
Distance between the two locations is 8 km.
See http://www.thehindu.com/news/states/tamil-nadu/nilam-to-make-landfall-near-mamallapuram/article4050114.ece
What happens if power lines to Kalpakkam all fail?
What if cooling of reactors is lost and also to spent fuel pools and to nuke wastes stored at site?
Has the government warned the people in case of loss of cooling?
What are Kalpakkam Nuclear Park people bracing up for? See
http://www.thehindu.com/news/states/tamil-nadu/kalpakkam-nuke-plant-goes-on-alert-as-cyclone-nears-tn-coast/article4050737.ece

"With cyclone ‘Nilam’ intensifying into a severe storm, officials at Madras Atomic Power Station in coastal Kalpakkam said on Wednesday that the situation was being “closely watched” and asserted the plant is designed to withstand a wind velocity of 160 kmph.
Presently, both the reactors at MAPS are operating “safely”, its Director K Ramamurthy said in a statement as ‘Nilam’ cyclone was expected to cross Tamil Nadu-Andhra coast close to Chennai Wednesday evening.
The Met office has forecast gusty winds with a maximum surface wind speed of 45 kmph to 110 kmph.
“Kalpakkam being a coastal site (about 55 km from Chennai), all the structures and equipment were designed to withstand even the wind velocity of 160 km per hour,” he said.
Ramamurthy said all agencies have been instructed to be on standby alert. Additional personnel have been deployed to keep vigil on “important systems” and “the situation is being watched closely for any developments and to take immediate appropriate action,” he said."

When and how was the emergency drill held at Kalpakkam?
See http://www.kalpakkam.com/node/209

How Emergency Drill in Site happens

"As a resident of kalpakkam living for 18 years I feel the emergency drill conucted in the Plant is of no use practically.Main reasons for it are:
1. Most of the employees know the date of emergency drill well in advance.
So they all pack thier bags and are ready @ 2pm itself switching off all the instruments.
(Some of employees also take leave on that day)
They board the bus get off at sadras & walk.
I feel that is what is happening over the years.
Ofcourse there are meetings held by officials who conduct this drills. But What s the point in doing so by wasting public money.
2. Also only the employees are shifted from site. What about those who are living in sadras near rountana. Are they not humans.
The very purpose of conducting the drill is to evacuvate people when they dont know that emergency situation has occured.
Though at the time of Tsunami the officials managed to evacuvate people,How much time they took. Roughly around 8 hours.
I strongly feel that if a real crisis situation comes in reactor(hope it doesnt) they will not be able to evacuvate properly leading to many losses.
Post your replies.

The hotspot map reveals no hotspots on the northeast coast of the USA. Also an intense hotspot cluster is seen around 76 longitude band. With the superstorm pointing at New York, the conditions seem to be ripe for an earthquake of damage causing magnitude up to a major one striking -76 longitude band or 76 longitude band or in Alaska region or Japan region or the South Island New Zealand region. The 90-95 longitude band is also ripe for a major quake. Expected  in the next week. The 126 and -126 longitude band are also under such a threat.

A major earthquake occurred on 30 Sep 2012 in Columbia:

7.3  2012/09/30 16:31:36   1.916   -76.355 168.3  COLOMBIA
The number of major earthquakes in September 2012 is thus two. See Update Sep 5 below for the other one(in Costa Rica).
The prognosis for October for the Monthly Peak Magnitude Earthquake
7.3 MM to 7.8 MM between 15th to 21st October 2012.
The likely location: See the hotspot map of the Web Fire Mapper for the past 48 hours:
A major earthquake has just happened in Columbia at longitude band -76. Thus expect an earthquake, a damage causing one at longitude band 76 within the next week.  The related longitude bands under threat are: 166,-166,14,-14,104,-104.
Other likely locations for the Peak magnitude Earthquake:
Either the Pacific Rim or Turkey Armenia Region.
This includes Japan Region, Indonesia, Central America, Mexico, Peru-Chile Region, South Island of New Zealand.
North East Himalayas is a good candidate as well as the Andaman Sumatra Bay.
Owing to the phenomenon of dynamic disequilibrium surges unleashed by the world's dams,  nuclear reactor mishaps/explosions cannot be ruled out. Also the world's deep mines as well as the dams themselves may be under threat. We cannot also rule out damages to infrastructures like buildings and forest fires.

PROGNOSIS FOR SEPTEMBER 2012

As shown in the table in
https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEh-pK3GMtRl8MXO2aR5VHeoxrNwSp5-kPNgnVNsanmeVY2oZdIG2alnkMNDjCvuE74s1gnOaPtk5Sa5xIehqebkvUdnZtz_hwNtoml4YI44h_FQRt3nj4RtTFurDEFqsaacW2Fzsw/s1600-h/image004.gif
the average picture is a major peak magnitude earthquake of 7 to 7.9 MM between 11th to 18 September 2012.
We may have to reckon with a couple of great earthquakes even, in the Pacific Rim and its stub- the Andaman-Sumatra Bay. We may expect them in the Japan or Indonesian or South Island Region of N Zealand or in the Peru-Chile Region or the West Coast of North America or Alaska. The Turkey- Armenia Region may also be under threat. The Rift Valley Region in Africa may also be a candidate.  The India Subcontinent Region, especially Eastern Himalayas, the Kosi Fan and Eastern Peninsular Region of India may also be candidates. The prerequisite for this forecast is a surge in rain in September, with reservoirs in the India China Region already filled up to a great extent and cumulatively exerting huge bending moments at points on the crust of the earth from the centre of gravity of the world's dams at location 27,127.

On July 31 2012, in the prognosis for August 2012 for the peak magnitude earthquake for the month below, I had included Philippines as it displayed blank regarding hotspots. Again on 30 August 2012 Philippines displayed no hotspots. With heavy rains on the Indian subcontinent on 31 August 2012, the centre of gravity of the world's dams at 27, 127 experienced a huge surge in the water pressure head, so huge that at a short distance away a major earthquake occurred:

If the rains pick up , we can expect earthquakes in these or related locations, strong to major.
Right now however, the rainfall in India has reduced and so has the total number of hotspots worldwide to 16436 from 21228 on 29 Aug 2012. But causes a transient in the surges of dam dynamics releasing the hold at many points on the earth which became hot because of the  high water moment. These dynamic disequilibrium shocks are central to the huge stresses and heat induced in the crust.
And the rainfall in the India China Region  picked up on the 30th of August 2012 and the number of hotspots at 9 h utc on 31 August for past 24 h went up to 19487 and presto we had the strong quake in the arctic circle:
6.8 MM  99km NW of Olonkinbyen, Svalbard and Jan Mayen71.461°N10.919°W   9.9

The New Zealand hotspot was at around longitude 169.6 and 180-169.6 is 10.4 and the Jan Mayen longitude is -10.92!- A related longitude...
And one of the worst gas blasts in  mine disaster in Southwest China in the city of Panzhihua(26.5823,101.7186) in Sichuan (30.65,104.0759) killed about 41 miners on Wednesday 29 August 2012 afternoon and there are still more trapped. This mine is more than 1000 km west of the centre of gravity of the world's dams which is at about 27,127. The dam surges were in the process of relocating from the earthquake at Crete,Greece to that at Off shore El Salvador when the Chinese mine blast most probably took place:

Note the relationships of the longitudes of these quake/hotspot to the mine disaster:

The relationship longitudes derived by subtracting a multiple of 90 from the longitudes are indistinguishable from one another(modulo 90)( Chisquare probability 96%).
