The damquake related event happened in the form of cloudbursts, landslides and silting up of the Kedarnath Valley with the Kedarnath temple flooded and half submerged with silt and dead bodies floating. Estimated number of ultimate deaths may be more than 10000 people in the midst of the pilgrimage season of June 2013(June 16 to 19). See the Rainfall Table:
